Terms of Service
Basic
: ̀➛ All my commissions are for personal use only, for commercial comms please message me directly
: ̀➛ I have a right to decline every commission if I feel uncomfortable or feel that I won't be able to meet your standards
: ̀➛ Please respond within a week after contact, otherwise the commission will get cancelled
: ̀➛ Payment is split 50/50, 50% upfront when I start working on your artwork and the other 50% after the sketch is finalized with your consent
: ̀➛ Once the sketch is finalized there will be no further changes regarding the lineart and pose
: ̀➛ I will regularly check in with you both when working on your artwork and when you're im queue to let you know how long the wait will approximately be
: ̀➛ Commissions are not allowed to get modified without consent and are under no circumstances allowed to get used for AI
: ̀➛ refunds are usually not available, though I'm always open to hearing you out and working on a solution with you
: ̀➛ if I'm unable to finish your commission you will get a refund from me and I will keep the started piece so that when I'm able to work again, you can decide to re-order
: ̀➛ Payment either through PayPal or Revolut: ̀➛ not meeting the TOS will result and getting banned from further comms and depending on the severity might result in a public callout post to warn other artists about your behaviour

extra charges might add up for complex characters and if you wish to add a background, though this will get communicated upfront: ̀➛ please referr to my Instagram or my Tumblr for proper reference pieces as carrd only allows small files to get uploaded

➛ This gives you more freedom to decide where I should contact you and gives you some basic checkmarks to fill out so I have a clearer idea of what will await me before contacting

➛ if you want to use Ko-Fi instead because you feel more comfortable doing so, you're free to do that, although using PayPal or Revolut directly means more protections for both me and you. Still, if you want the proccess to go through Ko-Fi that's fine
